Client Experience


Because MK realizes that having any kind of personal or family conflict that requires legal intervention is among the most stressful life experiences, she strives to provide individualized and very personal service to her clients. When your case is listed in court, it will be the only court matter that MK schedules that day, so that you get her total attention. She is very responsive, and will make sure that she keeps you informed of all developments in your case. Throughout the case, when you have questions or need to talk, she is readily available in person, by phone, or by video conference.


 As part of the effort to reduce your stress and anxiety, and to keep you completely updated on your case, The Law Office of MK Feeney, L.L.C., uses MyCase, which is a legal management practice software system. MyCase keeps client matters digitally organized and secured. MyCase also allows clients 24/7 access to communicate directly with the firm, view upcoming events, upload documents relevant to your case, and pay invoices. 


Upon signing an engagement agreement with the firm, you will be set up with your own MyCase account which then allows you to monitor the details and progression of your case. You can find further details about the client portal in the Client Portal Guide, located under the “Resources” tab.
